Three Days of Darkness - Preparations

I've been doing some searching on the three days of darkness and wow! There are tons and tons of hits. While I am a firm believer in the potential of the three days of darkness, it necessary to keep in mind that it is a chastisement from God, i.e. a punishment for bad behavior. The sheer volume of articles and videos on the subject means that many people have heard about it and want to know more. But are they coming to the understanding that this potential chastisement from God is calling us to conversion today, right now? If enough people change their ways and start living a life according to God’s commandments, then He just may change the course of the pending darkness and all of the interplanetary happenings that will probably cause it. But most of us are just curiosity seekers and don’t want to change.

Sidebar - I have learned a considerable amount about these potential times of darkness and chastisement, but there is so much more yet to learn. I hope and pray that I am one of the chosen ones to experience this event and then see God's gift of the Era of Peace on the other side. But as I learn more and more, this will be an extended time (much longer than just the 3 days of darkness) of difficulty for all of us, so we will need physical, mental and especially spiritual stamina to survive these times. Are you ready? I hope and pray that I am.

For several hundred years, many mystics and seers have prophesied about this world-wide happening. Even approved apparitions mention this event. Namely the official unspecified third secret of Fatima and the approved messages of Akita, which in fact reiterate the third secret of Fatima. See a video here.

Even though these approved apparitions make mention of a coming chastisement with fire raining down on us all, there are still people who don't want to believe in the three days of darkness. That is fine. And so, in addition to articles and videos talking about it in the affirmative, there are also many who think it will never happen. Our prayers and conversions can potentially change the course of God's plans, but the state of the world today seems to tell us otherwise.

So who are some of these mystics who have prophesied about the three days of darkness? 

Some quotes from Xavier Reyes-Ayral's book, Revelations: The Hidden Secret Messages and Prophecies of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

-- The three days of darkness "Will be on a Thursday, Friday, and a Saturday. Days of the Most Holy Sacrament, of the Cross and of Our Lady, three days less one night." (The Breton Stigmatist (Marie-Julie) by the Marquis de la Franquerie) p.176

-- My children, mind my words... In these days of mourning, there will be another earthquake as strong as many others, (and yet) less strong than in many other places. It will be easy to notice: everything will shake except the piece of furniture on which will burn the (bee's) wax candle. You will all group around, with the crucifix and my blessed image. -- My little children, I assure you that this time is not far, but do not be frightened. You have for your shelter the Divine Heart, you have for your protection the Adorable Cross, you have for your tent my maternal heart, my white mantle will serve you as a tent, a shelter and strength where you will have no fear because the earth will split, a terrible earthquake will shake the earth, by making it shake up to terrible heights. The sinners will fall into the abyss and will be buried in that tomb, which will close. There will be in other places a plague of one minute. It can destroy thousands of bodies, but my little children, you have your little flowers of hawthorn, you have your blessed crosses, you have your medals, where all our graces fall like heavy rain, in addition you have your promises of truth and peace. -- Remedy against the Unknown Mortal Burning Disease: There will be serious diseases that human art cannot alleviate. This malady will attack the heart first, then the mind, and at the same time, the tongue. It will be horrible. The heat that will accompany it will be a consuming fire, so strong that the affected parts of the body will be of an unbearable redness, (red blotched/patches). After seven days, this illness, like the seeds sown in a field, will rise rapidly and make immense progress. -- My children, this is the only remedy that can save you: Do you know Hawthorn leaves that grow in most hedges and have long and sharp tops? After you have used the leaf for yourselves, it could be applied to infected animals by putting it in whatever food they are eating, or by boiling it in water. -- There will be great loss of animals on account of the "Black" disease. The skin, around the outside of their eyes will blacken. The area affected will be as wide as a finger and a half. The animals will refuse all food; a lot of water will flow from their eyes. This leaf could also be used for this ailment. -- I feel compassion for everything. -- Remedy for Cholera: My little lovely souls, the Hawthorn infusion can be used as well as a remedy for this terrible disease: Cholera. (21 June 1923) -- Plagues. According to a text dated 5 October 1881, epidemics will hit France, and from France, very likely, everywhere else in the world. The diseases may become airborne; the stench of the corpses, we do know, will cause the spreading of the diseases. -- "There will be epidemics in the South, Valence, Lyon, Bordeaux, everything after this land coming to the Centre (Paris). Very few people (will be able to) escape. The corpses will spread a stench that kills." p. 195

There are spiritual and physical preparations that we can do in advance of the potential 3 days of darkness. One of the physical preparations is to get some supplies, which can be found in my 3 days of darkness kit. And based on the above messages, not everything is in the kit as it currently is packaged, so...
