Her memorial is April 13th.
Margaret was born a blind, lame, deformed, hunchback midget in Italy. Her parents effectively abandoned her when she was six years old. She eventually became a lay Dominical and lived a life of prayer and charity.
She is patron saint of disabled people, handicapped people, people rejected by religious orders, physically challenged people, right to life groups, and against impoverishment, against poverty,
